Salesforce Address, Email and Phone Validation

AFD Software has poured its 450 plus years of experience around address and data validation solutions into our Salesforce extension, enabling websites built on the popular platform to provide address verification, postcode lookup, email validation and phone validation within Salesforce customer detail capture and checkout forms.

These integration options bring AFD Software’s market-leading data validation tools into a simple to use Salesforce app and Salesforce Screen Flows. They can be used ‘out of the box’ on the default Salesforce Accounts, Contacts and Leads pages with little set-up.

Our Address Validation solutions allow users to utilise either postcode finder or address finder functionality.

  • A search by Postcode will result in a list of the addresses at the postcode entered.
  • Alternatively, entering the first line of an address will perform an address search and return the matching addresses.
  • Typeahead functionality can also be used which narrows down the results with each keystroke entered.

Essentially, our solutions are flexible and address validation in Salesforce can work how you want it to.

AFD’s Email Verification in Salesforce checks the email address entered is accurate helping avoid vital communications not landing.

AFD’s live Phone Validation in Salesforce performs a live “ping” on the phone number entered as well as checking the format to verify the number entered is valid.

1. If you are using AFD’s Salesforce Screen Flow plugin, instructions can be found here.

2. Install our app into your Salesforce account, access the AFD PCE app in the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the screen and input your AFD credentials and follow the setup instructions in the user guide here.
