Who are we?

AFD Software Ltd (“AFD”, “we”, “us”) provides postcode lookup, address validation and data cleansing software to organisations across the United Kingdom.

We are based in the Isle of Man and comply with:

  • The Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2018

For most website visitors and business contacts, we act as a Data Controller.

When providing address lookup and cleansing services to customers, we generally act as a Data Processor on their behalf.
