Manual Web De-Registration

Should you need to move your product from one computer to another you must first de-register the software on the existing machine to remove the licence so the software can be re-activated on the replacement machine. For example you need to do this if you are replacing a computer, moving from a development to a live server, are re-installing the operating system.

Once you have de-registered on the old machine you can then register the software on the new machine.

If the machine you are transferring from is no longer functional or that machine has an old version of the Welcome Program without the de-registration option, then you will need to complete and submit a re-registration request form.
