The following evaluation license is granted subject to AFD’s License Agreement displayed at www.afd.co.uk/eula, the Royal Mail Terms which can be viewed at www.afd.co.uk/rmterms, the Royal Mail Multi Residence data which can be viewed at www.afd.co.uk/royalmailmrterms, the Royal Mail Not Yet Built data which can be viewed at www.afd.co.uk/royalmailnybterms and the conditions below:
1. Terms defined in the Agreement shall have the same meaning when used in this request.
2. No licence fees shall be payable to AFD in respect of the use of the Product during the evaluation period.
3. The Product shall be used solely for internal evaluation purposes. The Product shall not be used for any commercial, operational, administrative, or other business purpose whatsoever.
4. No data will be extracted from the Product, whether in whole or in part.
5. No contact will be made with any individual or company whose details appear within the Product until such time as a full copy of the Product has been purchased.
6. The number of lookups conducted during the evaluation period shall not exceed ten (10).
