Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) data can now be returned using AFD’s Address Lookup and Data Cleansing Solutions.
EPC’s provide an indication of how much it will cost to heat and light a property, and how much CO2 the property emits.
The better the rating on the EPC certificate, the lower the cost of running the property.
